The moustache makes that little guy affable! TOO affable? But yeah, definitely put those up, everywhere. I disapprove of indoor smokers too, have they no sense of the longevity of smells?? (probably not because they're so used to the smell of smoke?)
I guess it depends on how many rude, obnoxious, entitled smokers you have living there. You know, the ones who don't care if other people are sickened (literally) by their disgusting habit, as long as they get their nicotine fix.
